Designing With Youth for Inclusive Futures
Children have the right to be heard in matters that affect them — yet youth still experience public services as inaccessible, fragmented and confusing. Working with 47 Norwegian young people, Mira and Trine share design principles and participatory methods for building more inclusive service systems, with frameworks that extend to other vulnerable, hard-to-reach groups.

Mira Krogh is a strategic service and interaction designer (Master’s with Honours, Oslo School of Architecture and Design) who treats design as a strategic lens for wicked problems. Trine Erga is a service and interaction designer (Master’s with Honours, AHO) working at the intersection of people, technology and society, grounded in participation and inclusion.
